1-In less than a minute, tell us who you are and why we keep hearing good things about you?
I’m fortunate to be the secretary of the Warrior Flow Foundation. In addition, I coordinate the Warrior Flow retreats and recently have been given the task of volume keeper of the music from Adrian’s classes. Prior to all of that, I spent eighteen wonderful years working for the director of the Metropolitan Museum and now work in finance.
2-What were the pivotal roadblocks and challenges you encountered along the way that helped you define your path?
The pivotal roadblock and challenge that I’ve encountered was a contentious divorce with the father of my two fabulous daughters, but having come through that, I am stronger than ever—an independent woman and lover of life and love.
3- Why did you choose this field? Who were your role models? And what pushed you to learn and become who you are?
I got involved in the foundation for two simple reasons—Adrian and Dennis!! Adrian has been my yoga instructor and, more important, my dear friend for more than ten years, and he and his classes have gotten me through some of my most difficult personal challenges. When Dennis appeared, he, too, became, a close and special friend. They are my inspiration and my role models for wanting to give back and contribute.
4- What is your legacy? Do you care about leaving a legacy?
My legacy is my two awesome and beautiful (inside and out) daughters, Emily and Alexandra. I’ve loved and nurtured them to be their best selves and brought them up practically all on my own. They are spectacular humans.
5- What can we all do right now to make this world a better place?
To make the world a better place everyone needs to have empathy and compassion and to care about their neighbor and or a stranger in need. No one should be left behind.
6- In less than a minute, without sounding like a used car salesperson, tell us where to find you and what is the next big thing that everyone should be anticipating from you?
